Grace Burnside has over twenty years of experience in real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on transactions relating to retail, office and mixed-use real estate projects. She has represented owners and developers of commercial real estate in variety of matters, including  negotiating and drafting retail and office leases and purchase and sale agreements for the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and providing advice regarding construction and real estate development matters and property and asset management operational issues.

She also has over ten years experience as in-house counsel for shopping center real estate investment trusts and has substantial experience in the leasing of several ground-up development mixed use projects, including the drafting of anchor and national retail, fashion, theatre, white tablecloth restaurant, supermarket leases and office leases.
